YWCA Canberra Strategic Plan 2023 – 2028

The YWCA Canberra has undertaken a strategic planning review towards developing a new five-year strategic plan for 2023-2028.

This new strategic plan reinforces the organisation’s Vision to support Girls and Women Thriving.

Our Mission is to focus on gender equity by strengthening communities and empowering girls and women through our services and advocacy.

Our Goal is to progress towards gender equality in the Canberra region and beyond.
