We are seeking to employ an experienced Family Case Manager who will be responsible for providing support to families with children who are either housed with us, transitioning from homelessness, or through outreach. The role will include working from a strength-based, child-centred, family-focused and trauma informed practice framework to develop support and service delivery plans to meet the individual needs of the families.
