School Holiday Program

winter school holiday programYWCA Canberra Youth Programs is offering a free school holiday program to any young person aged 10 – 25!

This winter we have organised a creative and educational program with a range of engaging activities. These include screen printing and onto bags, tie-dye onto bags, movies and popcorn, photography, stop motion animation, music creation with Band Lab, and creating games on Roblox Studio.

For activities located at the Clubhouse, participants will need to be a member of the Clubhouse. You can register for membership to the clubhouse for free using this registration form.

Please note, due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be a limit to the number of participants able to attend. For these reasons, booking your place is essential. Participants will be triaged based on individual needs and other determining factors, and parents/guardians will be notified with a phone call with notification of whether their dependent has been successful in securing a position.

Please take careful note of the locations for each activity. Activities are spread across the Clubhouse, May Gibbs Cl, Richardson and Mura Lanyon Youth and Community Centre (MLYCC), 22 Sidney Nolan St, Conder. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will not be able to provide transport between the locations.
