Venue hire form

There are multiple rooms available to hire at Mura Lanyon Youth and Community Centre, including the community centre, interview room and café. Rooms can be hired on weekdays and weekends, both inside and outside of business hours.

• Community centre: comfortably seats around 40 adults (more standing). Has an outside courtyard area and kitchen available for hirers to use.
• Interview room: ideal for small meetings of two to four people.
• Café and industrial kitchen: seats around 20 people comfortably (more standing). Ideal for cooking groups, social groups/meetings or as a lunch space if hiring the hall to host a conference or workshop.

The industrial kitchen is certified by ACT Health, so can also be hired by caterers as a space to prepare food.

We also have training rooms available for hire in our central office.

Venue hire fees

The below hourly rates listed are inclusive of GST.

*any group which is non-profit making: may be funded, non-funded or limited fee for service programs
# capped at $100 for full-day hires.
Additional fees may apply, and a $50 deposit per key must be paid before a key and security code will be allocated.
