Business Administration

YWCA Canberra’s Registered Training Organisation offers BSB30415 Certificate III in Business Administration. 

The BSB30415 Certificate III in Business Administration equips students with the skills to apply a broad range of administrative competencies in varies work contexts, using some discretion and judgement. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.

This course will introduce students to the concepts of business administration, placing emphasis on financial matters, IT techniques, customer service, workplace relationship building and working effectively as part of a team. This is a great course to use as a stepping stone into an administrative or business role as Accounts Receivable Clerk, Accounts Payable Clerk, Data Entry Operator, Junior Personal Assistant, Receptionist, Office Administration Assistant, Office Administrator and more.

On completion, graduates will gain a nationally recognised qualification, comprising of 13 units of competency (2 core units plus 11 elective units).

This qualification is available as fee-for-service and government funding through Skilled Capital or User Choice as part of a traineeship.
