Business administration

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we have moved our course delivery to online learning platforms to help students meet their course competencies and achieve their career goals.

We hope to reschedule the events and face-to-face training that we had originally programmed for 2020, once this crisis is over.

The workplace training and practical placements may still be accessible if there are any registered education services available and permit our students to do their work placement. For more information about this, please contact

We advise students to keep checking Basecamp for updates of your training and assessment materials, training supports and training delivery modes.

To stay updated on our online classes and training support, be sure to sign up to our Enews using the registration form on this page.

You can also find out about the changes to our services on our webpage here.

Note: all YWCA Canberra training courses are currently delivered online until further notice.

This course is a great a stepping stone into an administrative or business role as Data Entry Operator, Junior Personal Assistant, Receptionist, Office Administration Assistant, Office Administrator and more.
