Business administration

The BSB30415 Certificate III in Business Administration equips students with the skills to apply a broad range of administrative competencies in varies work contexts, using some discretion and judgement. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.

This course introduces students to the concepts of business administration, IT techniques, customer service, workplace relationship building and working effectively as part of a team. This is a great course to use as a stepping stone into an administrative or business role as Data Entry Operator, Junior Personal Assistant, Receptionist, Office Administration Assistant, Office Administrator and more.

On completion, graduates will gain a nationally recognised qualification, comprising of 13 units of competency (2 core units plus 11 elective units).

This qualification is available as fee-for-service and government funding through Skilled Capital or User Choice as part of a traineeship.
