The Certificate III in Business Administration equips students with the skills to apply a broad range of administrative competencies in varied work contexts, using some discretion and judgement. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.
The course will introduce students to the concepts of business administration, placing emphasis on financial matters, IT techniques, customer service, workplace relationship building and working effectively as part of a team. This is a great course to use as a stepping stone into an administrative or business role as Accounts Receivable Clerk, Accounts Payable Clerk, Clerk, Data Entry Operator, Junior Personal Assistant, Receptionist, Office Administration Assistant, Office Administrator and more.
On completion, graduates will gain a nationally recognised qualification, comprising of 13 units of competency (2 core units plus 11 elective units). To complete the qualification students are required to show competence in all 13 units otherwise a Statement of Attainment for the units successfully completed will be issued.

The total course fee for the Certificate III in Business Administration is $3,000. As a community organisation, our programs are offered at competitive prices. YWCA Canberra members who have been a member for 12 months or more can also access a 10% discount.
