Notice is given that the 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of YWCA Canberra will be held as follows:

As per our Constitution, this event is for financial and honorary life members of YWCA Canberra, whose membership was current as of 1 October 2021. If you are uncertain on whether you are a current member, please email us.
Due to the nature of virtual meetings, we invite written questions from members in advance of the AGM. The Chair will seek to address as many of the questions as possible during the AGM. Members who would like to submit questions in advance of the AGM can do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org by COB Monday 25 October 2021.
Please connect to the Zoom meeting 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled start time, to ensure that any connection issues can be resolved in advance, as well as any video and microphone/audio issues. This is to ensure that the meeting can start at the scheduled time.
We received the exact number of nominations from financial members for our Board Director and Office-Bearer positions as the number of positions available. The nominations committee has assessed their applications and found them eligible under our criteria and policy. As such, under our Constitution, the applicants will be taken to be elected to the positions without an election.
We will announce our new Directors and Office-Bearers at the AGM, as well as our 2021 Board Trainees.
