The She Leads High Conference is a one-day leadership event for young women and non-binary people in years 9 and 10.
This conference provides students with an understanding of the fundamentals of leadership and will explore topics such as social and emotional development, peer relationships and pressures, self-esteem, critical thinking, and identifying key social issues.
It will be an inspiring and empowering day aimed at activating the potential of young leaders. Through exposure to a diverse range of young leaders in the community, students will be inspired to start defining and developing their own leadership pathways.
This year our conference theme is Rise Up!
“Rise Up!” embodies personal growth, resilience, and determination, urging individuals to overcome obstacles, learn from mistakes, and reach their highest potential. It symbolises the strength of young women in social empowerment, advocating for unity against injustices and inequalities. Professionally, it signifies career advancement and excellence by motivating individuals to take initiative, enhance skills, and strive for success, ultimately realising their full potential through seizing opportunities and surpassing competition.
