Resilience and mental agility in the time of COVID-19 with Heidi Prowse

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted all parts of our lives, from the home to the workplace and how we socialise. It has resulted in many sudden and stressful changes and a resultant spike in stress and anxiety. But with the new year and our new normal comes an opportunity to take back the reins on our careers, mental health and lives.

For our first She Leads Workshop of 2021, join CEO of MIEACT Heidi Prowse on Tuesday 2 March as she presents effective strategies to create positive change by preventing and recovering from stress and anxiety, in the context of COVID-19.

This workshop will cover topics such as

  • resilience and managing burnout in the COVID-19 reality
  • the role of self-care and empathy in leadership, with accompanying strategies
  • practical tools to manage and respond to stress more effectively.
