She Leads College Conference 2015

The inaugural 2015 She Leads College Conference was held at the University of Canberra on Tuesday 5 May 2015. It provided a safe space for girls in year 11 and 12 to be inspired by young women leaders, and gain the confidence, knowledge and practical skills to kick-start their leadership journeys.

The Conference featured a series of high profile speakers and panellists, many of whom will be young women themselves, who provided insights into their own leadership journeys and stories. Importantly, they shared not only their successes, but also failures, barriers, and tools for overcoming hardship. Participants were be provided with a unique out-of-school opportunity to explore and hone their leadership identity and values, and reflect on their experiences, strengths, values, and goals for the future.
