About the Role:

Family Case Managers work in a small multidisciplinary team providing advocacy and support for women, children and their families that are at risk of homelessness.

We work from a strength-based, gender and trauma-informed framework offering proactive case management through outreach and transitional accommodation.

About You:

If you have excellent communications skills, the ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team and a can-do attitude, we look forward to hearing from you! The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, Working with Vulnerable People registration, current National Criminal Record Check and a current driver’s license.

Selection criteria: 

  • Experience of case management and working with women and children,
  • Understanding or experience of working in family and domestic violence.
  • Knowledge and experience in the following fields:
  • Strengths-based case management and coordination
  • Advocacy
  • Outreach support
  • Gender and trauma informed frameworks
  • human rights and feminist principles
