We are looking for a human resource management professional who has highly developed organisation and stakeholder skills to coordinate important human resources functions and processes for our diverse organisation.  Our organisation is a leader in gender equity and this role is pivotal to that success.

This role coordinates and supports our managers in, and ensures best practice processes for:

  • Recruitment and selection of staff to diverse job families,
  • Appointment, onboarding, and induction,
  • Employment contracts and variations, visa sponsorship and separations,
  • Work health and safety and monitoring worker’s compensation,
  • Maintaining data integrity in our Human Resource Management System (Aurion).

About You:

The role requires excellent organisation and coordination skills and the ability to manage a range of stakeholders.  You will therefore have:

  • Qualifications in human resource management and/or experience in human resource management and/or a related discipline.
  • Ability to deliver high level of customer service and establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and clients.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills; interpersonal skills; capacity to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels and a team-oriented attitude
  • Strong organisational skills, the ability to successfully complete several tasks concurrently, maintain high levels of attention to detail, maintain documentation and record keeping, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of team in a dynamic work environment
