As the Room Leader, you will work alongside the Program Manager and other Room Leaders in leading and supporting the educators in the centre to provide high-quality School Age Care education and care. You will work closely with our team of educators to assist them in implementing programs and curriculums that reflect best practice.
You will build and maintain positive relationships with children and families, and the local community. Most importantly, you will make a difference to the lives of children in our care.
You will be a facilitator of continuous improvement, with knowledge of current best practice as well as early childhood theories. You will be an engaged and enthusiastic leader. It is essential that you hold:
