YWCA Canberra Children’s Services School Age Care is looking for an innovative and passionate School Age Care Program Manager with a good working knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), the National Quality Standards (NQS), the Early Years Learning (EYLF) and My Time, Our Place (MTOP) frameworks to join our team.
You will work alongside like-minded professionals to ensure best practice is implemented at our School Age Care Programs. Responsibilities include working within a dedicated team of educators to implement a developmentally appropriate, child focused program.
The successful applicant will ideally hold or be working towards a Diploma in Children’s Services or have completed two full years of a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, and have experience working within the Children’s Services industry. A can-do attitude, passion for working with children and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Applicants must hold a current Working with Vulnerable People Card and will be required to obtain a police check if the WWVP card is more than three months old.
