Enrolments are now open for our Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) course, to commence in February 2017.
The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) aims to provide students with the range of competencies required to deliver training and facilitate learning in an industry or area of subject matter expertise, and conduct competency based assessment in a range of contexts.
Guidance and support is provided on a continuous basis through tutorials, over the phone, e-mail, face-to-face appointments or sessions at the YWCA Training Unit. We can also deliver training at your workplace. Feedback from the most recent cohort is below:
“Enrolling in the TAE4110 program through the YWCA Canberra was a positive experience all round. The program was enjoyable, accessible and helped learners acquire tangible skills to guide the transition to becoming effective trainers. Jess Garnett was an excellent instructor, successfully marrying a relaxed informal style with a structured learning environment focussed on solid, identifiable outcomes.”
Department of Employment
“This has been a great experience for me and really opened me up to a new way of looking at and approaching training, study and work.
I feel very lucky and privileged to have had you, Jess, guiding me through the process.”
Department of Social Services
The next intake of this popular course will commence on 9 February 2017. Bookings are essential as we keep our classes small (maximum of 10 students) to ensure a quality and responsive learning environment. Our quality training programs are delivered by experienced and dedicated trainers at highly competitive prices.
Government supported places may also be available to those who are eligible, through the Skilled Capital program.
