Held annually, Our She Leads College Conference is an annual one-day leadership event that brings together young leaders across diverse fields to educate and inspire women and non-binary students in Years 11 and 12. Through discussions and interactive workshops, the Conference aims to foster leadership skills and promote gender equity.
