Hire fees
There is a small fee to hire the community bus of $20 per day or $40 for the weekend, and a $500 deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit is refundable when the community bus and keys are returned in the same conditions as per the vehicle inspection report.
Terms and conditions
The bus does not require a heavy vehicle licence; however, it is a requirement that:
- All drivers must hold a valid full driving licence.
- All drivers must be over the age of 25
- All drivers must provide their licence details.
- Hirers must pay the fuel costs, tolls, fines and traffic infringements.
Please note we usually do not hire the bus over school holidays as our programs utilise the bus for school holiday programming and excursions.
