About the Role:

This role is responsible for administrative functions with the HR team and works closely with the People and Capability Coordinator and internal managers and employees. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Drafting letters of offer and employment contracts and liaising with new employees throughout the onboarding process
  • Coordinating new starter documentation and onboarding through our HRIS Aurion
  • Creation of personnel files and confidential document management.
  • Processing and issuing of internal employee contract variations
  • Within Aurion HRMIS, assist the People and Capability Coordinator with recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure full utilisation of the system.
  • Provide support to the People and Capability team with diverse human resource administrative activities
  • Maintain compliance for all employee security requirements via Aurion HRMIS reporting and liaison with staff.
  • Manage and co-ordinate several email inboxes with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Other HR and corporate administrative duties as required including answering central phone line

About You:

The role is an entry level HR role that requires excellent organisation and coordination skills, and attention to detail is imperative! To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Qualifications in HR will be highly regarded
  • A genuine interest in Human Resources with experience in HR administration or similar
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Deadline driven attitude and ability to maintain high levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of team in a dynamic changing work environment
