About the Role:

You will collaborate with a dedicated team of Quality Support Officers to ensure excellence across our School Age Care programs. Your role will involve implementing best practices aligned with the NQF and NQS, providing crucial support to Program Managers and Educators, and promoting inclusive environments through Strategic Inclusion Plans.

What We are Looking For:

  • Diploma in Children’s Services (required),
  • A Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Teaching (desirable)
  • Leadership experience in the Education and Care sector
  • In-depth knowledge of the National Quality Framework and related regulatory processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Familiarity with Inclusion Support processes and subsidies
  •  A sound understanding of the Assessment and Rating Process governed by ACECQA
  • Sound knowledge of Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
  • Experience accessing and using the Inclusion Support Portal, development of Inclusion Support Plans and applying for Inclusion Support Subsidies for School Age Care
